It is our aim to improve mental health management within the ACB (African, Caribbean and Black)-Canadian communities.

Our Mind Enrichment [ME] wellness boxes, books and events focus on the importance of good mental health habits and aim to reduce the stigma surrounding mental illnesses. It is our goal to positively impact how members of ACB communities perceive and manage their mental health.
